NEW BUILDING

Due to the consistent growth and shared services among the members of SFG, a new building is being constructed to house additional employees and to create additional efficiencies for the entire organization. The new building will be roughly 120,000 square feet. It will be located in Sioux Falls, SD – in the southwest area of the city, at the intersection of Interstates 229 and 29. According to current projections, the new building is slated for completion in early 2009.

Companies involved in the selection and construction of the new building: Bender Commercial Real Estate Services (real estate agent); The Morris Company (owner’s representative); Fiegen Construction Co. (General Contractor), and Koch Hazard (architect).
