Work has begun on the pre-cast walls. The pictures below show the south side of the building.

Steel work, roofing and sanitary sewer lines continue to be worked on. Installing the pre-cast walls, which will enclose the entire building, is scheduled to begin the first full week in January.

Despite the weather we continue to make progress on the new building site. The entire concrete floor has been poured on second floor and half the roof has been installed. Over the next two weeks we will continue to install the second half of the roof and keep moving forward with the sanitary sewer lines and other utilities.

The first picture shows the progress on pouring the concrete for the second floor. They have one more section left to pour on the second floor. In the second picture, they are starting to install the plumbing.

With the sub floor installed, they are now beginning to pour the concrete for the second floor.

The rains earlier this month slowed construction down some, but the site has dried out well and work is back underway. The close-up picture shows the second floor sub floor prior to pouring concrete.

They continue to construct the steel frame and some of the roof trusses are starting to be set. You can also clearly see the elevator shaft in the center.
