Building Progress

Knowing that the weather can change any minute, a big push was put on the outside landscaping work and parking lot. As of today the parking lot is ready to be striped and most of the trees, plants and shrubs have been planted.

Light fixtures are being hung on second floor, the ceiling is near completion is some areas, final touches are being added to the restrooms and the atrium continues to take shape.

The mechanical room is starting to fill up, the front entrance/drive up is in the final stages of completion and the restrooms on some of the floors are close to being completed.

Work continues on the new building site with an anticipated move date of mid-February. The footings for the retaining wall at the patio pond have been poured, ceramic tile in the restrooms is being installed and the main entrance is starting to take shape.

The southeast parking lot is getting the first layer of asphalt poured, the fronts of the individual offices are being framed, and work is beginning on the outside plaza and retaining wall.

The East parking lot is really starting to take shape, the electrical/data lines are being pulled and breaker boxes installed and there is some painting being done in the New Business area.

Progress continues to move forward on the interior work. Outside work has slowed some due to the weather conditions but some progress is made between rain storms. Some mechanical pumps are being installed for the geo-thermal HVAC system, perimeter offices are being framed and sheet rocked, the atrium is taking shape and the cafeteria glass has been installed.
