Building Progress

The mechanical room is starting to fill up, the front entrance/drive up is in the final stages of completion and the restrooms on some of the floors are close to being completed.

Work continues on the new building site with an anticipated move date of mid-February. The footings for the retaining wall at the patio pond have been poured, ceramic tile in the restrooms is being installed and the main entrance is starting to take shape.

The southeast parking lot is getting the first layer of asphalt poured, the fronts of the individual offices are being framed, and work is beginning on the outside plaza and retaining wall.

The East parking lot is really starting to take shape, the electrical/data lines are being pulled and breaker boxes installed and there is some painting being done in the New Business area.

Progress continues to move forward on the interior work. Outside work has slowed some due to the weather conditions but some progress is made between rain storms. Some mechanical pumps are being installed for the geo-thermal HVAC system, perimeter offices are being framed and sheet rocked, the atrium is taking shape and the cafeteria glass has been installed.

Work continues at the new building site. The ponds are being dug out, the parking lot on the east side is being graded and the front entrance pre-cast is now being installed.

The permanent roof is almost 100% complete, concrete floor on first floor is being poured and the raised flooring is starting to be installed on second floor.
