Our communities

We care about our communities. We care about the people and places that define us, give us strength and support us. That's why we work hard to give back to many causes and organizations that matter to our employees.

Partnerships with local nonprofits and charitable organizations are a source of great pride for us. Together we have been able to make a positive change to the places in which we live and work.

Volunteerism

We organize events during work hours, which allows our employees to spend their paid time helping organizations that Sammons Financial Group supports. We also offer employees volunteer time-off, so they can support organizations that matter to them, without having to use their vacation time.

Charitable donations

We know that money can make a big difference in many lives. It can mean the difference between going hungry or having a full belly. It can mean the difference between sleeping under a warm blanket in a safe shelter or shivering through a cold night under the stars. Sammons Financial Group donates to organizations that work hard to make a difference in the lives of people and animals.

Gift matching

We do our best to put our time and money into helping many organizations make transformational changes in our communities, but we know that there is always more that can be done. We look to our employees to suggest opportunities to make an impact, and we do this through our gift matching program. With a simple form, we make it easy to make your charitable donations go even further with some help from Sammons Financial Group.
