Becky Luloff is president of Shared Services at Sammons® Financial Group (SFG).
In her position, Becky provides strategic leadership to the divisions that form SFG’s Shared Services: IT, Life New Business and Underwriting, Annuity New Business, Agency Services, In Force Administration, Administrative Services and Continuous Process Improvement. She oversees operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. As a senior leader, she provides executive leadership to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies for the organization. Becky is also the site leader for the Sioux Falls office location.
Becky joined Sammons Financial Group in 1999 as one of the “original seven” hired to start up Sammons Annuity Group (now Sammons Independent Annuity Group). She has over 37 years of in-depth experience in the financial market. Before joining, she was head of the Conservation Department at ING (now Voya).
In addition to her role at Sammons Financial Group, Becky serves on the Susan G. Komen Great Plains Board, LOMA Operations Leaders Roundtable, and LIMRA Blockchain Advisory Council. She holds the FLMI and LLIF designations. Becky attended Drake University, College of Business & Public Administration with a focus on business studies.
