North American Company for Life and Health Insurance is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Christopher Conroy as vice president, annuity sales.

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) has bestowed the Patriot Award on Greg Bonzagni, vice president of national sales at Sammons Retirement Solutions^® (SRS), a division of Sammons^® Financial Group. The Patriot Award is an honor awarded to supervisors or bosses who have supported employees that are serving in the National Guard or Reserve. Bonzagni was nominated by his employee, Joshua Smith, Major of the Iowa Air National Guard, 132nd Wing.

He will support independent life insurance agencies in his territory on implementing North American’s proven Partner Program, which helps Partner Agencies grow their business, in addition to consulting sales and marketing strategies, recruiting, and case placement.

Rick Gordon, vice president of corporate underwriting for Sammons^® Financial Group Member Companies, was inducted into the Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) Hall of Fame in a ceremony in San Diego on April 3.

A.M Best has affirmed the A+ (Superior) rating North American Company for Life and Health Insurance^®, a member company of Sammons^® Financial Group. Additionally, the outlook for this rating was called stable.
